Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Case Tracker: Immigration Status (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App provides access to publicly available USCIS case status information, AI-generated processing time estimates, and chatbot assistance presented in a simplified interface.

This App is NOT a legal service and does NOT replace professional legal advice.

Nothing in the App constitutes legal guidance. Always consult a licensed immigration attorney for any immigration decisions.

By using AI features, you agree that:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect
• AI is not a substitute for professional or legal advice
• You are solely responsible for decisions made using AI outputs

You agree to:

• Enter accurate USCIS receipt numbers
• Use the App lawfully and in good faith
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time service availability. The App depends on external systems (USCIS and AI providers) that may be unavailable or change without notice.

All software, branding, UI design, and content are owned by Overmind Dominion LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you by use of the App.

The App depends on external services including USCIS systems and AI providers. Overmind Dominion LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, or inaccuracies originating from those services.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVERMIND DOMINION LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Immigration decisions or outcomes
• Government processing delays
• User reliance on App data
• AI-generated inaccuracies or misleading outputs
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overmind Dominion LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Overmind Dominion LLC regarding the App.
