• USCIS receipt numbers entered by you
• Messages or inputs provided to AI chatbot features
• Device and app usage data (analytics)
• Subscription status (via Apple)

We do NOT collect:

• Social Security Numbers
• Passport details
• Sensitive personal identity documents

We use collected data to:

• Provide case tracking functionality
• Generate AI-based estimates and responses
• Improve App performance and reliability
• Send notifications (if enabled)

• Inputs to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers
• Data may be temporarily transmitted to generate responses
• We do not use AI inputs to identify you personally
• Avoid entering sensitive personal information into the AI chat

• Primary data is stored locally on your device
• AI interactions may be processed securely in the cloud
• We do NOT sell personal data

We may use:

• Apple — payments and authentication
• Firebase / analytics providers
• AI service providers

These services operate under their own privacy policies. Overmind Dominion LLC is not responsible for their data practices.

If you are in the European Economic Area:

• Processing is based on consent and legitimate interest
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data

California users may:

• Request disclosure of collected data
• Request deletion of data
• Opt-out of data sharing (we do not sell data)

We retain data only as long as necessary for App functionality. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

This App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child has provided data, we will promptly delete it.

Data may be processed in the United States. By using the App outside the U.S., you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
