End User License Agreement

Overmind Dominion LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Case Tracker: Immigration Status strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data sources

• Some features may require a subscription
• Payment is charged via your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Manage subscriptions in your App Store settings
• No refunds except as required by Apple policies

CRITICAL NOTICE: This App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS or any U.S. government agency.

It provides access only to publicly available information. Any resemblance to official government communications is unintentional.

Overmind Dominion LLC does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of case data displayed in the App. You must verify all information directly with official government sources (e.g., uscis.gov).

The App may include artificial intelligence ("AI") features such as estimated case processing times and a chatbot for general informational assistance.

You acknowledge and agree:

• AI-generated outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate or outdated
• AI responses are for informational purposes only
• AI outputs do NOT constitute legal advice
• You must independently verify all information before making decisions

This App does NOT provide legal advice.

Nothing in the App constitutes legal guidance of any kind. Always consult a licensed immigration attorney before making any immigration-related decisions.

Overmind Dominion LLC may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice for any violation of this Agreement or Apple's App Store Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVERMIND DOMINION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Immigration outcomes or processing delays
• Missed deadlines or adverse government decisions
• AI inaccuracies or misleading outputs
• Data inaccuracies from external sources
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overmind Dominion LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
